Waz up everyone this is tech punk with info about G1 device hacking you MUST install danger-SPL to free up on bored memory to install android 2.0 and above ,tested this on my old G1 it works fine and reminder before going ahead I AM NOT responsible for bricking and or breaking your device Danger SPL
your phone must be pre-rooted before now you must have Amon RA or other custom recovery as well heres my 2 faves CyanogenMod Recovery or Amon RA you will also need a radio for the G1 I ONLY HAVE THE US VERSION US/T-Mobile Radio flash the recovery like you would any other ROM install and then browse for file and select do the recovery first name it update.zip then open recovery Alt+L then Alt+S then battery restart through pulling the battery then boot into fast boot power+back arrow then install the radio (rename it dreaming.nbh first) then recovery again after that's done then browse for danger SPL and install then if i were you i would get cyangoen mod 6 from here this was Nathan saying credits to CyanogenMod and don't brick your phone experienced people only
